Seishin-Juku was founded in 1980 by Sensei Don Morrison.

We are affiliated to the World Shotokan Karate-Do  Federation (WSKF) England, which is a UK based organisation that

promotes shotokan karate in England. 

​

Our aim is to develop students mentally and physically to achieve discipline, fitness, self  awareness,

self defense and a positive attitude.
